Stephen King Just Broke The Internet With His Trump Tweet

Based on his latest tweet, the iconic author, Stephen King, seems to have enough of the endless scandals emerging from Trump’s White House.

The list of Trump’s affronts to our democracy – not to mention his constant degradation of the office he holds – are certainly many. He has bragged about sexually assaulting women, publicly mocked a disabled reporter, threatened to jail a political opponent, pulled out of the popular Paris Climate Agreement and promoted an unpopular border wall, squandered government resources on baseless claims of voter fraud and wiretapping, introduced a Muslim ban and turned desperate refugees away, and attempted to sabotage the success of the ACA, on which millions of peoples’ lives depend, just to name a few of seemingly endless barrage of Trump’s atrocities.

The greatest affront, however, is the fact that he has effectively normalized this abhorrent behavior. While, in the past, one misguided comment could ruin one’s political career, the vile that our President spews on a daily basis is effectively expected at this point. Trump himself declared, “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters” at a campaign rally. He was then elected President.

It takes a lot to “scare” the author known as the “King of Horror,” but Trump seems to have done just that. Still, by continuing to call out the President’s decidedly unpresidential behavior, he is doing his part to make sure that Trump’s America is anything but the new normal.

Add your name to millions demanding that Congress take action on the President’s crimes. IMPEACH DONALD TRUMP!
