Worldwide ad spending for 23 travel companies analyzed by Ad Age Datacenter tumbled 60.2% in 2020 as revenue sank 61.5%. But the industry sees signs of a recovery on the horizon, led by a rebound in leisure travel. Business travel prospects are up in the air.
